Members Mattsbagger Posted March 30, 2019 Members Report Posted March 30, 2019 Since we bought the house on Wednesday that have been living in for 3 years wife let me drill a 4inch hole in the wall. So now the station is bigger and always ready to use. Quote
bikermutt07 Posted March 31, 2019 Report Posted March 31, 2019 I like it. Quote I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Members Mattsbagger Posted April 1, 2019 Author Members Report Posted April 1, 2019 Thanks other Matt. Tried out today worked real good. Quote
alpha2 Posted April 1, 2019 Report Posted April 1, 2019 Nice. Wish I had room for one of those. Jeff Quote So much leather...so little time.
Members SolarLeatherMachines Posted April 1, 2019 Members Report Posted April 1, 2019 uhh...where's it venting to??! Quote Alexander
kgg Posted April 1, 2019 Report Posted April 1, 2019 Looks good should be able to remove the odour and fine over spray. I am going to assume it's vented outside where I would suggest putting a thin filter to catch the fine over spray so it doesn't stain your exterior (siding/brick/wood). kgg Quote Juki DNU - 1541S, Juki DU - 1181N, Singer 29K - 71(1949), Chinese Patcher (Tinkers Delight), Warlock TSC-441, Techsew 2750 Pro, Consew DCS-S4 Skiver

kgg Posted April 1, 2019 Report Posted April 1, 2019 Putting a wire screen over any opening to prevent the unwanted (bugs/birds/rodents/snakes) is always a good idea. I put wire screen over the propane intake and exhaust pipes as well after my friend had too have some expensive repairs done to their week old propane water tank. Squirrels travelled into the exhaust motor through the outside piping, destroying both the motor and squirrel. Repair obviously not covered under warranty. kgg Quote Juki DNU - 1541S, Juki DU - 1181N, Singer 29K - 71(1949), Chinese Patcher (Tinkers Delight), Warlock TSC-441, Techsew 2750 Pro, Consew DCS-S4 Skiver
Members Mattsbagger Posted April 1, 2019 Author Members Report Posted April 1, 2019 It has a screen and a few filters to catch particles. Basically trying to vent the fumes. 5 hours ago, alpha2 said: Nice. Wish I had room for one of those. Jeff It’s a weird room off the master bedroom with no door. While I had a screen over mine, it didn't keep out the black widows. I had a massive black widow infestation that I had to clean out. It was a nightmare from hell for a arachnophobe. Quote Alexander
