The photo is a bit small but it looks very similar to my 51W59.

Machines wot I have - Singer 51W59; Singer 331K4; Seiko STH-8BLD; Pfaff 335; CB4500.

Chinese shoe patcher; Singer 201K (old hand crank)

Class 136 (usually 136w) I´d say but unsure ob subclass. Butt looks like a Japanese made machine so W prefix may not be right. Look for 136w100 - this could be at least very close to what you have.

I guess its a SEIKO made but Singer labeled machine. Serial number does not help (me). The 51w has a shorter bed and a slimmer body / upper arm than the 136w so to me it looks like a 136 class machine.

C,

You are correct.  Japanese Singer meaning it is probably a 136B.  We need to see a closeup of the feet so we can determine a subclass.

Looking at the angle of where the feet would normally be makes me think that it may be a roller foot. The feet on a sewing machine are what is used to hold down the work and sometimes help feed the work through as it is pierced by a needle and thread.
