Hi All 

Can anybody tell me where I can purchase a border embossing wheel stamp as in the attached picture (which I borrowed off the web). Been searching for one for a long time.

It doesn't look like that was done with a wheel.  The reason I think so is that there's an impression at 45 degrees to the carving on the corner.  

It is a very nice pattern though.

I once asked Will Ghormley how he made the impression and he told me it was an old embossing wheel.

hello Forester,

this is definitely not an embossing wheel that made this impression. It's a stamping tool. I presume it's a picture from a London Jack's holster ? I saw another picture from a Cheyenne holster made by him and you can clearly see that border is made with a stamping tool

Don't know if they have that same exact pattern, but maybe try Bunkhouse tools.  They are located in Oklahoma.  Great folks to work with.
