Members battlemunky Posted April 28, 2020 Members Report Posted April 28, 2020 (edited) Your skills have become ridiculous Ryan. That background work is amazing, the carving is clean and sharp, the resist on the antiquing is phenomenal. I did see one thing wrong unless it was intentional, the second pic down, the belt/strap end is unfinished. So a 9.999 out of 100 will have to suffice for today my friend. I hope you are feeling good about your work dude, it really is something next level. Are you using any particular classes or anything to progress as you have done or do you just have the knack? ...I still can't get over your backgrounding Are you hand sewing or machine sewing? In either case, that is well done too. Edited April 28, 2020 by battlemunky forgot to mention my thoughts on the stitching quality Quote

Members YinTx Posted April 28, 2020 Members Report Posted April 28, 2020 Fantastic work! And sadly the belt will probably outlast anything you can buy in the store. YinTx Quote YinTx https://www.instagram.com/lanasia_2017/ https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLK6HvLWuZTzjt3MbR0Yhcj_WIQIvchezo

Love that Look ... must make some !!!!!!!! Whilst thats all Ryans own work you can download a pack of patterns for making chaps from the Tandy Leathercraft Library. once you have these you can adapt them. The patterns include suggestions for the fancy tooling work too https://www.leathercraftlibrary.com/search?searchterm=chaps Quote Al speling misteaks aer all mi own werk..
