Bag with Art Deco motifs

Here is a bag with Art Deco motifs. 2.2 mm vegetable tanned leather exterior, interior lined in pigskin. Sewing made entirely by hand. Waterstain medium brown stain.

Did the flesh side of the leather always look that nice, or did you do something to it to make it that way? What type (brand)

of hide is it?

Yes the flesh side of the hide I used has that beautiful grain. It's a italian veg leather but I don't know the brand. My retailer in Geneva works with a lot of italian suppliers.
