I'd had some issues in the past with the tooling losing its shape during forming and this time I only moistened the inside, then wrapped a pistol in plastic wrap and wore the holster all day with the pistol in it. i also didn't completely form the holster to the pistol so I wouldn't loose too much tooling. You did great saving the tooling! You can "mold" the back some to help get some retention spots. Quote
