I bought a Bond Arms derringer several months ago with the intention of shooting snakes with a .410 shotshell. It actually works great for that purpose. I carried it in my pocket during the summer and that worked, but I needed something better. I decided that I needed a OWB holster and the pic below shows the result. Its fit and function is spot on. This was my first time using a retention screw on a leather holster and the jury is still out on that…

That looks damn good. I have yet to try a retention screw on a holster but your placement of screw looks perfect.

Looks good.  Those little buggers have a lot of weird spaces and edges to work around for sure.  I made a few in kydex and it was a nightmare.  Best not to mold them too much.

Yes they do have some weird shapes and angles - especially the design of the sights and making a sight channel that works...

Here is another I just finished - a hybrid with a horse butt backer...

Wonder if one could put a strap and buckle on the top one and buckle it to a lace up boot as an ankle holster?

I like it ;)

Not many holsters out there for this little varmint shooter, and the ones I've seen.. well - let's just leave it at not many out there

This looks nice.

This is not leather for sure, but fits and carries great.
