  1. Nice, you will go on, I hope
  2. I use a piece of tree trunk about three feet long, place my leather on it and hammer along. The only sound comes from the tool. No vibrations in the floor. I also use a piece of foam rubber (about 2 inches thick) under a piece of hard wood (must be changed after a while). Also works well. And cheap. (Please excuse my English)
  3. Hi! Nice to read something from another Norwegian! I have learned a lot from this site. It's really great! I have leatherworking for a hobby. Even if I don't have artistic skills, I enjoy my hobby. - And: You really deserve the good weather up north; we've had summer for some time now in the southern parts. Go Norway (or is it: go nowhere?)

    Knife Project

    I like that!
  5. Really decorative! Your idea can be used in many different items, thinking of knife sheats and pouches. Thanks for the idea, Canada
  6. I like the simple and useful design!
  7. Thank you! Interesting with oldtimers' instructions!
  8. Love your clean and sharp design! I like items that can be used!
  9. For a knot-tyer I just made 4 sheaths for marlinspikes and a double sheath for fids. His customers were more interested in the simple leatherwork than his intricate ropework. Gave me a laugh and self confidence...

  10. Thanks for sharing! New projects for me. Guess the first tries will end up in the bin, but eventually,,,,
  11. A friend asked me for a purse - you gave me the inspiration I need, even if I would not manage to make it as nice as this! Thank you!
  12. Thanks, I need some new ideas!
  13. Thanks for the explanation! In these parts we have mostly heard about the Norse gods Did you design the pattern youself?
  14. Very nice! I like your style, it gives a picture of your country! (I've been on holiday twice in Hrvatska, stayed in Opatija, visited Rijeka. Very nice people!
