Just finished and still warm. I can usually knock out a holster fairly quick but this one seemed to drag on and on. This one is for my unique daughter in law. Everything she wants is unique so she asked for a "reverse cross draw" rig. I dont know if thats a lagitimate name or not but the holster rides in the center of he butt cheeks and reach around to draw???? OK I can do that... LOL. Then she has a mofidite knife she wanted added also. How do i build a sheath for that thing? Anyhow... ITS DONE!!! yeah me! Does anyone have a better idea for the sheath?

As some of you may remember we are in the repairs game and we don't MAKE jackets &c/ Some time back we were discussing WW2 flight jackets and just for fun we started putting together a design that we might have submitted to the Ministry of Supply back in the 1930s bearing in mind what we now know 100 years on and it turned into a sort-of project. And so here is another of the jackets we don't make :-)

My son let me know that my granddaughter needed a wallet to keep her lunch money and ski school ID in, so I knocked out this zipper wallet with a pocket for the ID. The main body is Crazy-horse leather, and the pocket is 4/5 veg-tan. I got the monogram a little off center, but I still think it turned out OK. The thing that I think is cool about it though is when I was finished my wife pointed out that I had made something for my granddaughter, using tools that I inherited from my grandfather - her great great grandfather. Something nice about keeping the connections alive. /dwight
