I saw someone with case pocketknife in an open case on his belt. It looked like a Cheyenne style holster. Sort of case within a case. I really want to make it, but didn't want re-invent the wheel if a pattern is out there. Anyone seen or made.

Does anybody have a knife sheath how to? I was also wondering if there is a way to join leather besides sewing? I'm not opposed to sewing, I've just never done it.. I've got a fixed blade knife that needs a sheath. What kind of leather do I need to use?

Hi, I have enjoyed all of the topics on this forum and they have helped on many simple projects. I have been asked by a friend to make a Knife Sheath for a large knife, 6.5" blade. Hi I'm new to leather working and im wanting to make a pair of shotgun chaps to show in but I want to put in the laced zipper, I'm not sure how to do a pattern for that can someone help me out with pattern and how the lace is attached and held secure. Sorry for ignorance I train horses, leather craft is new to me but I'm loving it. Thanks Shannan

I hope I got your attention with the title! I really need some help here. I'm looking for a pattern/template for a holster for a .357 s&w ladysmith. It's going on a shoulder rig so I need it to have a bet loop on the back rather than a clip, but I can easily change that part of the design. I'm also looking for a shoulder rig that is better suited for women. Seems like everything I've seen is more for men. I've got a one size fits all deal, but would like a pattern/template for women if there's one out there. Lastly, I need to make a couple, or one large pouch for two speed loaders. All of this is pretty new to me. I haven't been doing leather for very long and…

I was wondering if there was any lampshade patterns outthere? I was thinking about redoing a lampshade in my work room with lether. Then got to wondering if there was a tooling pattern out there. Anyone ever see a pattern like that? I tried looking it up and just found a bunch of stuff on making a lampshade. Any help would be greatly appreciated. John

Hello everyone! This is our latest bag pattern meant to hold laptops and large books. It's designed with the mind of holding a Mac in the middle sleeve and a 15 inch laptop in one of the other compartments. The two front pockets can fit phones, chargers, a mouse or any other accessories. We used vegetable tanned leather of which about one square meter went in. The pattern and more info can be found on our website along with the rest of our stuff. Happy new year!
