LEATHER BUM. Try not gluing the entire lining , this has worked for me.
or if you want to glue the lining, fold the back in to a" u" shape and insert the liner into that .

The spray is a laquor based paint that is flexable .
for me to get this color on Holsters and Belts I have used
Olive Oil , the same way you would use Neets Foot oil.
then put in the SUN SHINE. GREAT COLOR.
ED, AT ONE TIME WEAVER LEATHER would make your dies and cut the leather for a certain price.
It might be worth your while to get in touch with them about your saddle bags.. just a thought
