  1. Well i for one am going to cook another one of my Favorite Steaks tonight. Nothing real fancy, Just a Certfied Registered Black Angus Rib Eye Steak , on the grill along with sipping on 2-Bud Lights. PS I am a retired Meat Cutter
  2. Hey Grumpy, Thanks for looking. Those are re loads with no live primer. Could have took Live shells apart but found these on e bay cheaper than i could do. Srtap was made for a Guitar Rocker in the band "SONS OF THE SOUTH" they play here in Memphis.
  3. I think that you are wanting a type of Concho Right. if so you will have to use a Hack Saw or your choice of a Metal cutting saw. Then sand the cut edges smothe. Now the fun part..soider A RIVET POST IN THE HEAD OF THE SHELL THAT YOU CUT OFF, THEN JUST RIVET THIS TO THE LEATHER. HOPE THIS IS THE RIGHT ANSWER.

  5. the way i attach the casins is just make bullet loops either sew the loops on like you would on a cartridge belt. i will try to add this photo of a guitar strap, with .45's on it

  9. Regis, there are a lot of old SINGER SEWING MACHINE around that will sew leather if you are in a larger city to find them. you can check E-Bay out for Machines. Hopefully you get an Honest seller. THE BEST OLD SEWING MACHINE TO GET WILL BE A SINGER 31-15. THEY ARE GREAT AND WILL SEW #69 & 138 THREAD.
  10. wristband looks great.. For more control and ease of cutting try the new X-acto knife x2000. i got mine at Hobby Lobby.

  16. Micah, Wewlcome A Great Guitar Strap will be made with good Leather.. There is a Much better grade of leather to buy than thoes Bellies. If you want to use the bellies Line them with 1-2 oz natural pig skin. If you use a better leather to make the straps do as othere have said and use the Gum Tag. Dont mean to be a Critic, I know what has worked for me.

  19. JohnD.... Measurments on the Buckles will be an inside measurments. Check out Siegel of California. they have all kinds and great prices.
  20. Grumpy, I like the stiching on the Bilfold with the Flames. What type of sewing machine did you use for that ?

  22. Kate that looks very good. I beleive you are on to something. I would like to see another trial. One large leaf in the center surounded by several smaller ones.
