Can you or how do you dilute Fielbings oil dye to make the color a lighter shade? I'm wanting to make the royal blue a lighter shade if possible. Will denatured alcohol do it. Thank you.....Craig

I would like make a cuff and mount or inlay my old dog tag...I need suggestions ..I would not like to use rivets through my dog tag if possible. Any suggestions will be thankful ...I am novice .

I have learned from this site to use Extra Virgin Olive Oil...I dampen a spong...put a coat onto the leather..let it dry for about an hour and put on two or three more coats with drying between coats. Then when satisfied I give it three coats of leather balm...so for I have been pleased. If you want to make it darker let it sit in the hot sun between coats of olive oil...

I am sure this question has been answered somewhere in the Form.. Do you use a stitch groover with the leather cased or dry...or does it make a difference? Try to learn the best way of doing things... Thanks to all that reply...

Nicely done...professional done for sure! Where do you find how to make the strap...I would like to make a similar one for my son...it would be a first for me.
