Very nice strap! I take it you have done the stitching by hand...really nicely done. I plan to try my hand at making a strap for my son but it will not be near as nice as yours. Again...nicely done..something to be proud of!

I am attempting to make my two grand daughters a pair of Inca Moccasins for Tandy's kit. I am having trouble making the heel piece match the ending point to where the instructions say it should meet. I have laced and unlaced and restarted several times but the result's do not meet the instructions ending point. I was just wonder if any of you may have had the same problem dealing with this kit. Thanks....Craig h

I know some where ya'll have talked about this topic..but I could not find the answer. How do you keep the lining in a wallet are check book from buckling when closed ? Does gluing it with a good grade of glue plus stitching it or lacing it to the exterior help? Are should it be cut in a special way at the fold? Thanks......Craig h

I have been using the Tandy large eye blount end needles,,,perhaps not the best needle to use. Senior learner.. Craig h

Newbie Wants To Start A Belt And Possible Wallet Project

I am a newbie also..but here is a thought! You'll need a piece of marble or pounding board...you can buy leather belt strips with the snaps and slots already cut at a decent price. Purchase a basket weave stamp...border stamp.. ..a edger...a border creaser..a mallet... a swivel knife and perhaps some dye ..... this will get you pretty well started . I think at a decent out flow of your hard earned dollars. A learner ..Craig h -
