    These are really cool. Been using a lot of zip-ties (so cheap and many different sizes and colors) to hold stuff together during testing and stitching....just a thought as string tying it off can let it shift. I really like the cross stitching detail in the first set of pictures. Great work, thanks for sharing

    We visited the Horse Barn in Kamloops BC on our way back from a ski vacation at Sun Peaks. Some beautiful saddles, tack and cowboy boots from Canada and USA.

      That's cheap. I've seen nice stuff run about $40-$50 a year and more. Hope she likes your gift.

    I really like it! Clean up the fuzzies on the flesh side with an edge beveler, but I really like the shape. I would like to see how one of these is all put together

    This thread is old but such a good one and an impressive amount of help offered. My two cents include not trying to buy every tool at once, rather collecting as you need and especially when stuff is ON SALE. Birthday and Christmas is also good time to ask for tools. This site turned me on to these guys..great stuff on here especially the diamond stitching chisels "http://www.goodsjapan.jp" As for end punches, I find they are extremely helpful to give neat and tidy professional finish, so would suggest collecting them with time....even looking on e-bay Have fun!
