  2. Thanks! Yep, the owner of the bike is Potawatame tribal member. The rest of the bike has some insane airbrushing...the pattern on the seat reflects the pattern on the paint. Thanks for the compliment! You nailed it on all the skins. Good eye! KK

  7. Thanks shehog, all the stitching is machine stitched...most of the inlays/overlays i didn't even turn the machine on, so, in a way its all hand stitched...one stitch at a time. Freak you nailed it. 15 hours is just the working time. I spent a lot of time just staring at this thing trying to figure out how I wanted to do it. There were days I just couldnt work on it because it hurt my head. I get diff things from diff places, a lot I get from Kevin in Springfield but others I get from a couple diff places in cali.
  8. Guys! Thanks a bunch for the kind words and compliments! About 15 hours went into this one. Levi, the lining material is some store-bought stuff from Joannes fabric. KK
  9. Lots of dead animals in this one! Body of wallet is buffalo, flowers around the head are burgundy lizard, gold colored ribbon is ostrich leg, eye is african bullfrog, red flower on head is african bullfrog, pearl necklace is white lizard, white face is lamb, and the black leathers are various cowides.

  11. Lots of dead animals on this one. Gold ostrich leg, orange lizard, burgandy lizard, inlayed in black finished kidskin, all overlayed on black shark skin, bound in black cowhide.

  13. Thanks buddy! I hav'nt printed any yet. Just making em and shooting over in emails. Thanks bro! I try to create these with as little shapes, lines and colors as possible but the more detailed ones are fun also..heres another one...
  14. Thanks for all the compliments! These take a while to create, but, like with leatherwork, the end result is well worth the time spent. For those of you asking about what program i use, I am using CorelDraw. Wouldnt use anything else. Heres another one.

    My other passion

I know this isn't leather, but it is my art. I havnt been able to do a lot of leatherwork lately so I have been finding other ways to express my creativity. I did a couple of these of some friends, some other folks saw them and offered me money to draw them, so here are a couple of my favs. Thanks for looking KK
  16. Thanks a bunch for the compliments guys! I wish I had better pics but my camera is broken so the owner of the seat took these for me. I have the worst luck with cameras. Anyway, the bike this seat was made for is gonna be gorgeous! I wanted to make a sexy seat for this bike, and nothing much sexier than black patent leather. I'll post pics of the bike when its complete. KK

  19. Check out my new T-Shirt! Below is a link to zazzle.com which is a pretty cool site. It allows you to simply post your art and lets customers decide which kind of product they want it on. When one of your designs sell, zazzle pays you a royalty on the art. I just now started this so not quite sure how its all going to work out, but it seemed like a quick way to get some cool products out there with zero money out of pocket. kkingleather t-shirt I really just kinda wanted to show off my new t-shirt design (and probably new logo) and wasnt sure where to put it. Since they are for sale though I figued this would be the right spot. Let me know what ya'll think! KK
