  1. Great feedback, thank you! I will stick to the Barge stuff as well, although I only use it to hold long enough to stitch.
  2. Colt Stitcher arrived and works great. Looking forward to using it more. Only complaint is that the knob and bolt get thread wrapped around them often. I might remove them and make a leather belt to hold the clam shut.
  3. Waiting for a Sheridan Colt Stitcher to arrive. The price has increased to $80.
  4. Thank you for providing a picture, I just placed an order for one.
  5. Everything looks really nice with good stitching. I really like the passport wallet. One thing I noticed is the snap on the tobacco pouch is smashed crooked. The use of a shorter snap will prevent this. I had the same problem at first because I was using a longer snap, switched to a line 20 short and it worked perfectly. Here is a link to the ones that worked for me.
  6. Keep us posted, would love to hear your results.
  7. Looks really nice, did she love it? I know what you mean, I made a small satchel and it took forever for all the hand stitching. Everytime somebody asks how much one would cost I cringe.
  8. Thank you. I get them from many sources, still searching for the best one, but Ebay seems to have an abundance of decent ones. Because everybody loves pictures, here is another:
  9. Here are some of my most recent works, thanks for looking.
  10. I always get excited when I see a new thread by hunio!
  11. Thanks for sharing, I wanted to make something creepy for haloween but didn't find the time (Or the right idea).
  12. Pretty cool, did you wear it for haloween?
  13. I really like it, they will love it! Wish somebody would have given me something that cool at my wedding.
  14. Always outstanding, I look forward to your threads.
  15. That is an incredible amount of work, looks really well done!
  16. Another old thread revival but my stamps seem to hold very well in Chromexcel on wallets.
  17. I know this is a thread from a few months ago but I ran across the same issue and all I did was sand the area I intended to glue with a course piece of emery cloth. This seemed to fix my problem and held fine until I stitched.
  18. You are making my brain hurt, trying to understand how it was made. Nicely done!
