Austyn, We produce rivet staples for belt loops. A customer of mine is selling a machine that can set them....only problem is she is located in CO. Happy Thanksgiving!

It would help to know. I've seen "garment level" spots ( 1/16" ) that have 4-prong . How thick is the belt ? For such a small spot, I'm sure the leather has been skived.

I can check our old production runs but we currently produce only 1/8" as our smallest Round Head spot. Is it a multi-prong or two-prong design?

I'm currently working on 3 custom snap projects with logos. It is very simple: Send me an email: tim@sxindustries.com Provide artwork (company logo) and style snap cap you would like to customize. Most customers go with the Line 24 size. (any smaller and the logo is hard to read). We will take it from there and provide tooling costs, lead-time, MOQs etc. We will then provide a CAD that displays the detail of the part. If you approve, we then move into actual sample run. When you approve said sample, bulk production will begin. Hope this helps better understand the process. Thanks, Tim

Helpful hint....if the tabs don't push the stone up snug to the top of the ring, compensate it with a washer. Customer's hate it when the stone is bouncing around inside the ring (bezel)....just makes the finished product look that much better.. tim@sxindustries.com
