This is the second time for this pattern, the first one was taken from a local art show. I did a better job on the coloring this time, but practice makes one better. Johnny

Decided to make the Wife some flowers for her bithday this year. First time for making them, took a while to figure out how to interlock the rose petals. Johnny

Bob, Thanks For the scales I used a fine hair blade on a diagonal to the body line, then coming back over on the opposite diagonal. Johnny

Been a while since I have posted anything. Have been carving and building fishing rods. Finished this one recently, should have thinned the white more, but still learning how to color with acrylics. If I can't catch em, I'll carve on leather. Johnny

Combined some patterns from Florid Victorian Ornament, that the customer liked and were carvable. The green on the leaves does not show well in the pics, as the gold on the shield. Still working on how to color. Comments always welcome. Johnny
