Hi All, Does anyone have a source for Horween in Canada? All google will find for me, are companies who sell products MADE with Horween. Also, is there a suitable replacement for Horween chromexcel that may be more readily available? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have had a couple faux gator skin wallet blanks sitting around for years and finally decided what to do with them. Who makes wallets with wallet blanks anyways!!!!

Grey, Not having anymore pebbly textured leather isnt a bad thing. The smoother the surface, the smoother the release. If you can get yourself some hair on hide cow, put a layer of that on top of what you have. Makes it even smoother.

I think stitching the strap is the only thing missing. Otherwise, beautiful work. -
+1 on the dilution. I've tried it full strength and didnt care for it. It seems to work best if it goes on thin.

I dilute with 50% alcohol and it makes a huge difference. Im using the pro oil dye but dilution helps with the plain spirit dye as well.
