  1. http://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_machine_company/model-list/classes-200-299.html here is a good guide for all the singer sewing machines. lets you know what they are and what they are made for.
  2. These studs I found in china. They are rivets. The customer complained that when he bought other ones the pyramids kept falling off. I made a plex template to give me hole placement and then set all the rivets. It was a pain and time consuming I probably would charge more for another one. Customer was happy. I made a matching belt as well. He is in a band and wanted some bling.
  3. it was kind of a pain. im in need of a sewing machine to make life easier.
  4. It was a Stohlman pattern. I used waxed thread and hand stitched it.
  5. I used my hole punch and just hand pressed it in for the suction cups. And it took a while to background it but not too bad.
  6. i started with the al stohlman book design and had to modify the size and some of the hole alignments and then mirror it for the other side. i used elastic webbing to connect in the back so you can put it on easy but it has tension to hold in place. i used a suspender clip on the webbing to make it fully adjustable. holsters were just pancake design with tabs to attach to the shoulder harness. made it out of 6-7oz veg tan leather.
  7. im still building it. I have a facebook page schneider leather works you can pm, you can send me an email at justingschneider@yahoo.com. i have some on amazon but i have not posted the digital printed ones yet.
  8. by looking at the Savoy holsters i assume they have stamps for the design and they go back and either dye or paint them to embellish the stamp. looks like they might do some hand work in some spots. my guess is that they have full design stamps.
  9. I used a large format digital printer and printed directly to the leather.
