    This is my speed reduced setup. I’ve had it on the machine maybe 3 days after buying it.

    I put a bigger bobbin in and it still made the sound. Here is a video with it out. Should the bobbin assembly/holder be this loose? I know I’m not crazy. I don’t remember it sounding like this. I did have a homemade speed reduced on it for a while. But, I do t see that causing any problems. Right now just the one belt is on it.

    I also have one more little thing bothering me lol. My consew 227r2 is fairly new. I remember when I first got it it ran quieter..like a smoother sound. I’m just getting back to using it and it doesn’t sound the same. I know it’s hard to help with this if you aren’t in person, but to you guys does it sound like something isn’t right?

    Hi. I have a Zoje 2628 binding machine. I looked at the manual and it says to fill oil up to the first red line. It shows a screw I’m assuming is under the machine? the machine is just sitting on two bars that are bolted down. It doesn’t have a hinge where I can lean it back. Will I be fine just putting oil in the holes marked red....or do I need to get the oil filled up in this reservoir like the manual says?

    Got this binder from zamirsew.net. My husband cut off some of my inner foot and voila! Thanks again and now time to practice! Can’t wait to show my little crossbody bag I want to make to you lol!

    Updating you. I ordered a binder from zamirsew.net. Just arrived and I put it on the machine and success! Now I can practice and get this bag made finally. My husband cut off the excess on my foot so I didn’t have to buy another setup. Thanks for all of you guys help.

    Ok thank you I will make sure. I see some pfaff binder foot sets on eBay. The pfaff binders I only see in China and shipping is over a month...not sure I want to wait that long lol. I will keep hunting. Would the one you attached a link to work on my machine? If so maybe I need to just go with that one

    Ok thanks! I printed the manual out. I didn’t think the manual would tell me what binder feet to use so I didn’t think to look at it. I will look it over. The bag I’m making has curves so I need it to be able to do that efficiently.

    Yes I will practice a lot before I screw up this leather. Do I have it close enough now?(in the pics) or do I need to get closer..or buy a shorter foot? I’m waiting on the binder arm bracket I ordered so these screws are temporary. I will have the y’all bolts Tuesday. I will order a pfaff binder in the next week probably too.

    Hi there! I wanted to let you know I got things going. Made a bracket for the cheap binder I had and I’m good to go.

    To those interested, I made a new bracket for my cheap binder to work with my machine from some copper sheet and a metal hole punch. It’s far from pretty but it works!

    Ok I will call the place I bought it from tomorrow and see if he can find out what feet will work. I put my knurled binder inner foot on it(in the video) from my consew 227r2. It went on fine. Maybe those parts will work? I will test out some more feet from my other machine.

    I know! Ok I will make those changes. I will probably keep the other one I ordered as well. It may allow me to get things set up better and closer. I will see if I can reach out to a distributor of this brand or look in the parts manual for compatible feet. Thanks!

    Way better and I got my cheap binder to work. Just had to mount my binder on the bracket it came with in the wrong position to get that metal guide out the way.

    No problem I had figured it out not long after I sent the message. Thanks anyway Yes I printed one out. But I don’t have a wing it for some reason. I did get the feet adjusted though.

    Hi. I don’t have a wing nut in the spot you mentioned. My outside foot does come up quite a bit more than the inner foot. Which of these nuts do I loosen to adjust the height of the inner foot? First or second picture?
