Picture doesn't show it. It's headless bolts, black not clear in picture. Front one almost flush, rear one about 1/16-1/32 deep.

My pan is just a piece of aluminum sheet that I made myself, yes it's just to catch oil drips. It's probably 4 inch deep, this knee lift probably won't fit "under". May have to make holes on front/back and put shaft inside.
-
Ok, I see. Holes on a back already have bolts in them, can't use. Front 2 holes might work, will have to think about it. As for knee lift looks like I need something like this. However, I'm not sure how this going to work since I got u-shaped metal pan covering bottom...

See pics, #1 - I don't think anything missing. Linkage is there. I just need something that pushed from a bottom looks like. #2 - See back of machine, no additional holes. Can you remember what bracket? Really don't want to drill it if possible.

Been awhile, I'm back to working on my project. I had PFAFF 1245 and got this like new 206RB. Decided that I like it so much that I will let CL to decide. I put them both for sale and PFAFF was sold. So now this Consew is my main machine. Questions I have: 1. What is this lift mechanism you see on picture? How do I make it work? Looks like I miss some kind of table attached accessory? I can live without, but what does it look like, maybe I should get it. 2. I want to get edge guide. Do those 2 holes next to thread guide with felt work for mounting those? I'm thinking about flip down kind. Any suggestions for what to get? 3. Needle positioner. I don't have appropriate OD on pulley/shaft to mount positioner. And I don't have anything on a body to screw L-shaped keeper into. Anybody got picture with needle positioner mounted on 206RB? Thank you!

Is 20 3/8 machine base correct for 21 inch table?

I guess I was too quick judging by eBay pictures. Cutout size is correct, but mountings for old style hinges -
Is there standard for twin needle machines?

Thank you! Looks like I need to get it running on a table first. Then I will start looking around for a set. Maybe it's not working at all -

Bob, Do you have round ones or maybe you have another solution to use those rectangular new style cutout? -

Yes, but those are not the same that you have (and I need) on you 112 table. Those fit regular machines with "holes" in bed. What you have in 112 has wider slot and 2 screws, they are different -

Anybody knows were do I get those table pieces for hinges? What is the name? Ideally I need something to go into rectangular cutouts, but I can make those originals work too. Will have to glue in blocks and route correct openings.. None of those will work.. -

Ok, it looks like 3 1/4 to center of first mount, 12 for the second mount pretty much spot on. Looks right? But it's closer to 20 1/4 total length of bed. Does your Singer 112 look the same? And what kind of rubber mounts you have? I only dealt with machines where they have holes in bed, not those metal plate hooks -
Don’t want to deal with router if possible Table I found: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F223458310179 Machine I have is older Singer 138 post bed and bed measures about 20 3/8 Would it work? I assume those sizes should be somewhat standard, but 5/8 seem to be too big of a gap They say it fits Singer 112, I wouldn’t think beds 1/2 or less different?

Yeah, I'm sure I will figure it out, all parts are different so it shouldn't be a big deal. Plus I posted many pictures in this topic which will be helpful. There is a lot of adjustments in machine and I was hoping to set everything in a rough "ballpark" using pictures, no way to do it anymore. Plus there is adjusting washers in skiving knife shaft which go to the certain side and now I will not remember it.

Really bad news My iphone screen became unresponsive and they (Apple) had to give me a new phone. I couldn't even do backup (and they can't assist). Got new phone, which is nice, but all detailed pictures I took during disassembly now gone. I have couple pictures here and there but mostly will need to work off memory during assembly

Well. Thats a problem/dilemma right now. I really like to work with tractor paint from Valspar, it works for me (I'm not painter) and affordable. Makes very nice finish when used with hardener. So I picked this "Ford grey" as on a label it looks very similar to original paint. See bottom of can. Sprayed small parts and internals yesterday and it came out very close to white, just a shade of gray. Nothing like on a label. I have another can with black paint remains and I'm thinking about mixing little black into this paint to make it slightly darker. Or just paint like this? Will look like Consew

Got all parts chrome plated locally. Much easier than doing it myself Wasn't that expensive either ($75) All primed, filled and ready to coat of paint and assembly. Getting there slowly. Waiting on parts but should be here soon.

Cylinder bed tables, adapters, handcranks, and more!

I got regular 3L orange belting, it's proper size for sewing machines -
Ok! It works now. I think belt might be a culprit. Also, not in my manual but with trial/error I figured that for this motor light need to be on when needle is down. What I have now: When needle "dn" - it goes down when I let off pedal. Heel down - needle goes up. This is perfect sewing setup. When needle "up" in options - it goes up when let off pedal. And nothing happens when heel down. Looks like problem solved and looks like it's crucial to have good belt/tension.
-
Thanks! I can return motor, but I will give it another try. I think I know why it _might_ act. I don't think belt is very tight and probably it "skips" a little. Maybe machine "inertia" caused it to move too far or something like this. I will get belt tighter and report back..

Very cool! Definitely update on finished pictures. I really like what they do at this place and seem to be priced well. -
Instructions attached, however it works but not reliably
-
Do you mean instructions or picture of display? I did not change any settings other than rpms. and yes, no reducer
-
Need help with needle positioner. I got motor pictures. Yes, it's cheap motor. No reducing pulley installed. How should it work? I see red light, it "works" somewhat. But it's not always leaves needle at a bottom when I let off. It would work and it would raise needle on back pedal. But it would randomly not do it and stop machine in random places. I see no pattern on what happens. Using switch to "up" or "dn" doesn't do much other then preventing motor from doing anything. Power-cycle and it seems to start working but then it stops again.
