I know this is not quite what you are looking for, but is all have found.

I like the one on the left. Where the stems flow under the top is raised up. As I am a tactile person this appeals to me. There are a few spots where it is not backgrounded. I like the unconventional flower center, as in nature not all thing are symmetrical.

The rod is just beautiful. There are so many talented artist on this web site, and it make a person strive to continually reach for new heights. Was lucky to find this site. Thanks for having a great place to display work, and the wiliness to share ideas, and receive help with problems. -
I want to make my project look more finished, and was hoping someone could tell me how much more material you leave for a rolled over edge? Do you add more space when there are different thickness? Lining, and pockets then back to lining, as would like a even line on the inside of project. Know this takes a lot of skiving, but the finished project is worth the extra work.

I know how you feel on first work, but just look how much you have improved. Gave a friend a wallet that was suppose to be a horse, but came out more like a very sick dog. Every time see him still shows me the wallet and brags about how good it is. I have offered him many others but will not take them. Leather doesn't last for ever I hope. -
Very nice. Great work.

Thanks Art, Guess will still do the heavy stuff by hand for awhile. On start and Finnish do a three four stitch back, but don't like how this looks and wonder if doing something wrong? This leaves a bunch of junk looking thread. Oscar
