New feather in my hat ....

literally :lol:  Between hat bands and other things like this my poor old hats don't stand a chance !

I had to do a double take.  That is a fantastic job on that feather.  I couldn't tell what was used as the fastener holding it on the hat.  What are those?

Thank you Pastor !!  Those are pierced earring parts ( ie  a bent stud and a back inside ) . I once was going to get rich making earrings :dunno: seems I have a lot left LOL !

@ArkieNewbie  Thank you ! Naw  I used a hair tool on this one but up until recently I used a sharp awl .  It really doesn't take long with either .     ( side note ) I lived in Bald Knob and Judsonia  a few years as a kid  , hadn't been back that way in a long time .

Very cool! I lived in Searcy for 15 years before moving to NEA. I love that area!
