Just though I'd share my very first inlay...got a hold of an inexpensive piece of snake so I thought I'd give it a try...easier than I thought...Enjoy!

I do not know if the scales are still attached on yours or not but  I do know that pro resist with its arcrylic willl stop them from pulling loose

I used it on rattle snake

Nice work. I have never done an inlay but bought a lizard skin last year. It's 'laying' but not "in". One of these days I'll make up my mind what I want to do with it.

LOL doubleh!

Frodo...the skin I bought was finished with topcoat from the maker...I was told they did that to keep the scales down...

Looks like a Super first inlay, !
