Yep . . . really good looking.

I'm personally a big fan of what would be called "minimalist" stamping.

You brought that out perfect for my taste.

May God bless,

Dwight

That Looks beautiful.  Its a clean design.  One thought from a functional perspective.  It has no kind of way to close the top, so if its knocked over, the contents would spill out.  Some sort of a snap or a clasp might add a little functionality.

I also liked his design, but had to change it up a bit for my tastes!

Thank you.  Since it was a bit of a prototype, I wanted to embellish it some but not spend years on it.  Used a Don Gonzalez pattern on the front, came up with my own for the handle.  Was going to leave the handle blank, but couldn't help myself.  May do a design for the gusset in the future, then have options on what is and isn't tooled/stamped.  (IE blank handle, carved/tooled handle, stamped handle, blank gusset, carved gusset, dyed/not dyed, antiqued/not antiqued, etc. etc., and any combination of the above).  I did kinda like the large negative space on the one panel really drawing the eye to the tooling.

Yes, I have a design for a zipper installation, but didn't want to spend more time/money on this one since it is a prototype.  It can be lined etc. also, which I think if this is popular, I'll do as well.  Thanks for the suggestion!

Wish I could do flower petals as nice as you can, would have saved me a lot of money on turnbacks. Nice work

I have a few turnbacks, not sure how to run them, never could get them to look right!  And thanks, also not sure I am at the level I could readily replicate what you see there... maybe a bit of luck involved!

As would any of us. I find myself thinking what I would do to make it mine.

I love that , and basket weave, one of my  most challenging patterns .  The colours are great as well  with the buckle   :) Almost looks like a ' bag within a bag' .

He does sell the pattern, for some small coin you too can make it yours.  :)

Thanks, used a Barry King basket and border on that one.  I have many many pieces of scrap leather with unhappy stampings!

Looks great! I like the patterns you used. You inspired me for my next work.

Awesome, part of why I post what I do.  I too get inspired by other's work (like for instance, this Corter design!).

Very nice Yin. Very clean and well done. I also, when it comes to Sheridan/Western, think less is very much more.

Thank you.  Seems to be a popular take, I'll have to keep that in mind when I do future work!
