Blue gun?

Recommended Posts

No,  but plastic replica will work just fine

blue guns in my opinion are way over priced and i for one refuse to pay for them

i buy replicas of the gun to be molded

for $8.00 usd instead of $65.00

Thats a massive difference in price  @Frodo , good thinking . The closest I've got is making a wood mold from  a tracing  of an  actual original .

However,  if I went into a bank with  that, I'd be arrested, LOL .  Might come in handy at the  meat section at the  local supermarket  though , the price of meat has gone stupid !!

1. Blue guns, or any other colour, are banned in N.I.  I've tried to buy them and import them but I can't

2. Airsoft guns can be bought fairly cheaply in N.I.

I am curious as to the reasoning behind blue guns being illegal.

did you read Frodo's post ? your not getting a blue gun for 8 bucks anywhere.

And really cheap if they were your kids Christmas present ten years ago or you bought them at some local yard sale plus they are more fun to shoot than blue guns.

This is what I do.  I have customers send me a detailed tracing; I then take it and glue to a piece of 1x6; cut it out; sand the edges; and bam...pattern.  Works every time and very well.  For me this is the best route anyway because 90% of what I build is for handgun hunters and the possibilities are endless between handgun/optic combinations.
