Bout all that's left I could find of Wickett / Craig chestnut skirting (guess i gotta call and spend more money).  Anyway, the fit is purdy good.  Gotta do some cosmetic 'purdyin' up" in the file itself, and pattern should be up on cutesy couple days (ish).  Go on admit it.. ya like the way that stitch line sits up on the rig ...

What's your secret to get such clean mold lines around the trigger guard and slide?

:dunno:  Whatcha mean by "clean"?  You talkin'  bout the stitch lines up close?  Cuz that's stitchin' BEFORE moldin'. and then a good bonin' tool.

And while I don't think it's the same issue, I can't be the only one who thinks it's not okay to have wrinkles on there.-- no, not even on the back.

Sometimes.  The first one is W/C drum-dyed chestnut skirting.. comes that way.  The chocolate brown pancake style and the black with the elephant I dyed myself.  And the black with white stitching came already dyed black (again, W/C skirting).

Nice looking rig, and you're right about the no wrinkle policy.  No bueno.
