Love your bag. One l would love to aspire to.  Would love to hear how you did the handles.

They are a "filled handle" you can use rope or tubing. Roll the leather around it and sew it all up!

Well done. I bet you had some fun doing the edging on it though.

Thank you very much. Some people love the edging process, to be honest, I despise it lol!

This is beautiful craftsmanship! I can tell you spent some time on getting the details just right.

Thanks or the kind words.

Yes, as we all know one you make a cut or a punch there is no going back.

I spend more time planning my next move than I do the move itself.

Gorgeous!  Is it a turned or drop in lining?

Thanks! Yes i guess you could say its a dropped in lining. I personally, don't know the terms, just how i do them.

Beautiful, I love that leather!

I could not agree more. Its the main reason why this bag was a success.

Whoa, that's awesome. May I ask how you did the lining? I haven't made a bag before but I'm going to soon and that is the thing holding me up. You did a fantastic job on this bag.

What did you use to finish the edges on it?

I do my best to line everything up as square as possible. Then I use  edge paint; sanding between each coat. A little assistance from my hot iron as well.
