Wow, that will probably last her forever. Great job.

I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with.

Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day.

From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.

That’s a very nice bag, especially considering you are just starting out working with leather!  What type leather, finish, etc., did you use?  Always nice to share details on your projects so we can learn from each other!

Very nice! That must have taken you a while? Nice leather too.

I like the design also, is it your own?

Yep, as Mutt said...she'll be able to use that for a good long while...probably pass it down to someone as an heirloom piece...can't put a value on something like that. Great craftsmanship!

Have a great day!

The leather was a piece of oil tan , I bought the pattern on line and changed it for zipper pocket and 2 front pockets

I apologize for just one picture, I erased the other pics, I found this pattern on line ,the pattern came with over 20 some pages and made this bag easy to make, on the back of back is a 3 inch flap with snaps for back pocket. I don't know if am allow to tell where I got pattern,  if you seen my other bag then you can seen how I altered the pattern.

It is no sin telling where you got a pattern from (unless you stole it and that is the sin).  Selling copies of it or otherwise distributing it if copyrighted is.
