Contributing Member barra Posted February 28, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted February 28, 2008 Well were over the great flood of 2008 where everything leaked like a sieve. I am sure I had more water inside than out so had to drill drain holes in the floor. Now it is warm, not yet 50 degrees C but won't be far off. Now it is just dry and dusty. yaklady Posted March 17, 2008 Report Posted March 17, 2008 Now the snow outside the front door is so high I can't see over it! It was spring in Wickenburg. No spring in sight here. Quote All bad yaks make their way to the freezer.
Members anne newkold Posted March 17, 2008 Members Report Posted March 17, 2008 Hum, here in CA it is 55 now expecting 72 with a low of 46. Expecting this kind of weather all week. Sounds like all of you should come out here for a visit. Members Hoyden Posted March 18, 2008 Members Report Posted March 18, 2008 Holy Hell! That's a lot of rain!! I was on Oahu in 1992 during Hurricane Iniki. I worked for Royal State Group and was sent out to Kauai to take homeowners claims. Man - it looked like a giant threw a temper fit. Here it's mid-forties with some rain due tomorrow. Quote
