Members YinTx Posted February 1, 2020 Members Report Posted February 1, 2020 Used some more Wickett and Craig bridle leather I had, along with some soft lining leather. Still room for improvement, but I'm not embarrassed this time around! Fil au Chinois thread, RiRi zipper. YinTx Quote

Members DJole Posted February 1, 2020 Members Report Posted February 1, 2020 Good work there! Nice attention to little details, nice stitching-- it will hard not to keep that piece for your very own! Unless, of course, it is your own now. ;-) Quote

Plenty of room for improvement, things show up when you photograph them and look too closely, so I'll have to work on improving them in the future. But, I'm generally pleased with the outcome. Members Tugadude Posted March 17, 2020 Members Report Posted March 17, 2020 YinTx, your work impresses as always. Simple, clean, just classy. Anyone would be proud to carry that. And I mean simple in the best way, not that it was simple to make, but a clean, uncluttered design. And you used a creaser on the pockets which is one of my "likes". Quote
Members JayEhl Posted March 18, 2020 Members Report Posted March 18, 2020 wow, I'd be proud to have that in my pocket. well done! ~JL Quote

Thank you for that, clean is the look I was going for. Many don't like the detailed tooling look and want uncomplicated elegant simplicity. And I'm still trying to get good with my "new to me" creaser, practice helps! On 3/17/2020 at 11:24 AM, DrmCa said: I love it! Still for sale, haven't found a buyer yet... not that I've had a chance to advertise much! YinTx Quote
