Hello, this is how I cut leather lace. Technic is very simple and does not require any specific tool, just 2 nails, piece of wood and a blade.  I am adding youtube link, you can see there how to do it.

I don’t need any lace, but I’m going to make some just because it’s such a cool process!

Wow this is amazing!!! I do have a question, I notice you used a cinder block to roll the lace on, can you use any hard surface or is a slightly rough surface nessacary?
