Is there a punch for a thumb slide for a card wallet?

Ahh, you want the old thumb slide punch, huh?  What size thumb?  You may want to be more specific.  I'm guessing that you want to punch two round holes and cut between them.

Tandy has the Craftool Pocket Notch Punch.

I just use a half round punch and then knock the hard corners off with a knife.

I just use an old 3/4 inch circle punch which was damaged and which I ground to a 1/2 circle then I round off the corners (sometimes) with a knife or scissors

If you want a long and wide oblong hole in the middle, I'm sure you could have one made but I just use a half round punch and then connect the punch holes.

Buying an oblong punch for every individual need is way beyond my budget, I just use hollow punches and carefully cut between them.
