  1. Can anyone help. I make Biothane horse tack and dog collars in the UK, and I would like to source colored loops to use as runners and keepers. I already buy black and brown that come from the USA, but would love white, and other colors. I am happy to import from any country. Thank you for taking the time to read Zoe

  3. Oclack I live in the uk near Abbey,, and I have Ritza here. I am happy to sell small amounts and post it to you. Let me look into how much an airmail letter is, and how much I could wind around a piece of card to fit into it . Best wishes Zoe

Hi here is the link http://www.abbeyengland.com/Store/tabid/77/CategoryID/202/Category2ID/56/Level/2/ProductID/68775/Default.aspx. you only need a small amount and put it on with a wool dauber, then saddlesoap and rub well, I use old pieces of jeans. 15. HI Having read this thread I bought the book Decorative Floral designs for the hugh pcice of $3 . It is " reproductions of a selections of line illustrationsfrom the portfolio Le Cuir Compositions Decoratives" It has some really nice drawings in it. I would still love the origanal though.
  16. David May at The Cumbrian School of Saddlery produces a pattern book http://www.saddleryc...other/tools.htm;. I use Bridlework by Robert Steinke which is a really useful book as it has measurments for sizes from shetland to extra large, and patterns for headcollars, bridles, breastplates, martingales ect; Both of the above are english style, but you could work out western style from the sizing. These 2 books will give you a good basic idea and then you can adapt for each horse, you do find some breeds are different, I make mainly for arabians and they need a large brow band, short cheek pieces, large throatlash, and small nose, as you can see in the photo
  17. Hi Try here, he does week courses, and is very helpful, so may do more; I have been on one and really enjoyed it. Good luck and get in touch if you come to the UK Zoe
