  1. Hi Peter, welcome aboard. Let us see some of your work !!! Don´t be shy, the people here are very friendly, and the coffee is hot, but avoid the donuts (they´re addictive !!) Cheers, Marcel
  2. The leatherwranglers website says, that the SK-3 swivel knifes have "a super smooth ball bearing yoke". SK-3 link Cheers, Marcel
  3. Hi folks, I have finished another cue case. What do you think about it ?!? Cheers, Marcel
  4. Hi Arnel, welcome aboard ! You might wanna look at some of John Barton´s tutorials. He´s also a member on this board. Here are some links which could be helpfull for you: Make a box pocket Making a puzzle latch Pattern for a cue case Cheers, Marcel

  6. Hi, a very nice and clean bag you made there ! I think your wife was quiet happy about it ?!? -Keep up the nice work. Cheers, Marcel
  7. Hey Denise, thanks for the compliment ! Normally writing text is not such a big problem for me. The english part of the homepage was written really quickly. I think I have to overwork some of the parts. Another question, do you see directly the english version of the website ?!? Normally a non german browser should be automatically redirected to the english version ?!? Cheers, Marcel
  8. Hi Denise, thank you very much for your opinions. I will do some reworking on the homepage. Primarily I am aiming to German and other European people. But I would not complain when someone from overseas has interest in my work. I had chosen the GB-Flag because I have some family roots there. Sadly I haven´t grown up bilingual. If so, then I wouldn´t have such kind of problems right now. Kind regards, Marcel
  9. Dear all, I did a complete redesign of my website and would like top hear your opinions ! I appreciate comments of all kind. Cheers, Marcel P.S: Here´s the link adamant-leather.de
  10. Hi Lutz, very nice tooling on the bag. Do you mind, asking where you bought this leather ?!? I think, I have a quiet good source for leather here in Germany. I also have the problem, that the swivel knife stuck into the leather after some time, but after giving it a short strop it works well again. Give me a note and I can send you the address. Cheers, Marcel
  11. Hallo Draxus, herzlich willkommen hier im Forum. Cheers, Marcel
  12. Hi Higgy,

your´re making some nice bags there. Keep them coming !!

  13. Hi Higgy,

thanks very much for your comment. Hopefeully I will bring out some more in the near future. But this will be some cue cases in the first case, but maybe with some medieval patterns, who knows ;-)

  14. ..It´s sold..
  15. Dear all, I ordered a Versa Groover from Douglas some weeks ago. After some trouble with the parcel service Lee Douglas sent my another package, because we thought that the first one got lost. Long story short, after some time everything went well and know I have two Versa Groovers here, but I just need one. There are two possibilities. I sent it back to her or someone others jumps in. The billing would be done directly with Lee Douglas ($96.00, The Groover, with a small and medium tip !!!). The only thing I have to get is the shipping fee, from the possible customer, tax is already paid :-) Due to the fact that I am living in Germany this goes out primarily to our european crowd (because of the shipping fees). Don´t miss the chance to get the best stitching groover on earth !!! Have a nice day. Cheers, Marcel
  16. Hi Willy, thanks for this post ! I really like the bags. Do you maybe have a source for those patterns, or have you created them by your own ?!? I am also interested in everything medieval related but atm I am focusing my work to cue cases. Cheers, Marcel
  17. Happy birthday John. Take care and enjoy your day !!! All the best for you and yours. Cheers, Marcel
  18. Thanks a lot guys, I´ll contact him asap. Regards, Marcel
  19. Dear all, can someone please tell me, how I can get in contact with Bob Douglas ?!? I want to purchase one of his Stitching Groovers. Does he have email ?!? THX for your help !!! Cheers, Marcel P.S: ..Or do you know any other company where I can get his tools ?!?- Because it has to be send to Germany !!
  20. Hi Elliot, you´re not doing anything wrong. I also had that problem. The site seems to work properly just with the Internet Explorer. I used Firefox and Opera and both weren´t able to show the Tips&Tricks page with the article about using the head knife. Cheers, Marcel
  21. Dear all, I planned a pocket for my next cue case with a curved part to open the pocket from the upper side. Does anyone of you have an idea, if it possible to sew a zipper in that way ?!? Does the zipper on the outer side of the curve has be longer then on the inner side ?!? -How can I measure that, or is it a try and error game ?!? Questions over questions I hope someone of you can help me !! Thanks a lot in advance. Cheers, Marcel
  22. Here is a tutorial Tom wrote some time ago about the block dyeing technique. Block dyeing Cheers, Marcel
  23. Hi Daggrim, thanks for your comment. Yeah, actually my website is a blog, I used it as a content-management-system. Most of my posts will be some work-in-progress stuff, so I decided to use a blog as my website platform. All the pictures can be found under "Galleries". And also some in the slideshow on the right sidebar. Cheers, Marcel
  24. Dear all, today I finished my new website. adamant-leather.de Please tell me your opinion about it. Every comment is apperciated !! Cheers, Marcel
  25. @all THX a lot guys for the nice comments !!! @MADMAX22 The design is taken from the norse mythology. The dragon is called Fafnir. It´s the dragon who was killed by Sigurd. The tooling on the pocket is a interpretation of Thor´s hammer. My wife and I have re-drawn the pics we have seen and added some personal flavour. Cheers, Marcel
