  12. Interesting responses.......MarineMP....I do opposite of you. I lightly wet my leather before applying my Fiebing's dye and haven't had any streaks. After the dye dries, I apply a light coat of oil and let it sit overnight or most of the day before I continue.
  13. Definitely on my list to do. Before I leave Texas, I would like to make a set of boots where I tool the tops and help make the bottoms. Still waiting.

  24. I have one that is made out of steel and you have to loosen the threads a bit so it will turn left and right. I have never seen a brass one. I collect swivel knives.....If you would like to part down the road just drop me a line. Thanks.
