  1. Beautiful work Shirley! That is one outstanding seat! I think it would look awesome with a Timber Brown base stain and the paisley's all done in Black or Mohoganny to show the detail!
  2. David, As always, I am astounded by your talent! I see your seats and really get a charge! That is one beautiful seat! i hope to be as good as you one day! I'm about to do a full cover of a '92 Electra-Glide... I'll keep you posted....
  3. Nice work! I'm thinking seriously about doing an ensemble of Sheridan Style work for my motorcycle. Kinda bring the whole IRON HORSE thing into play! You are my inspiration Gampa! And for the record, I can think of nowhere more perfect for a cabin than the Colorado Rockies!
  4. I just picked up an "Ultima" pan off eBay for $35 Delivered to my door! There are ways to make your OWN seat pan using Blue painters tape, Tin Tape & Fiberglass, but unless you have it laying around, you're gonna spend $20 - $30 for materials. Besides, if you buy a pan off eBay, you can make seat COVERS and reuse the same pan...
  5. I agree with Terry. The white thread looks fine and with time, will change colors due to dirt and oils from your hands. I'd say leave like it is and start your next project! Oh, by the way, the rest of the case looks awesome too!
  6. Wow Shirley! That's stunning! GREAT JOB !!
  7. Roger, You are incredible man! That seat kicks total !! Are ya planning on adding color? Can't wait to see....
  8. Yeah, what Tom said ....
  9. Just moved into our new house! Building my workshop now! A Stitching Horse & Pony are two things that are definately going into the shop! Any chance you have a blueprint and parts list you'd like to share? Nearest Home Depot is 20 miles away! hahaha That is awesome!
  10. Awesome Job!
  11. As long as your holsters are dark enough to cover the flaws, you shouldn't have and trouble ... but, that's a judgement call on your part ..
  12. Although one can't really tell from a picture, but from what I see, I'd pay about $55 for that hide. If it was for a customer, I'd point out what i thought was imperfections and let the customer decide whether or not to use it. It some cases, the imperfections in the leather show/add a bit of uniqueness and character but on the other hand, if you have a high $$ customer, then either use your judgement or leave it in the hands of the customer... Just my 2 cents worth ....
  13. Yeah, if ya save then print, everything is fine! Thanks for the pattern!
  14. Wow! The bag is awesome! Don't know what runestones are.... But I REALLY like the bag!!
  15. Well, that sucks! I know the drawing I attached is correct in size so I'll assume the drawing you submitted is correct in size Hammerhead because the same thing happened. It reduced the pattern to 3/4" scale .... weird! Gonna have to investigate this more ....
  16. Negative! When printed out, the grid is @ 3/4" ... I've taken the liberty of resizing the drawing to fit your scale... Hope you don't mind ....
