We have a species called Asian carp that is invasive. The sound or vibration of an outdoor motor makes them jump out of the water. That is very dangerous when you are boating and 24” long fish weighing 10/15 pounds are jumping in your boat. A friend and I went fishing, A carp jumped up and hit him in the face then fell on and broke the gas connector to the motor. Which left us stranded in the middle of the river with only one paddle

I made knife sheath for a beautiful Damascus hand made blade and wanted to do something different so I made the sheath able to attach to a belt 2 different ways I added a holster clip to the sheath so it can clip on a belt Then made a leather belt loop with snap The clip on the sheath can attach to a large ring that acts as a swivel for the 8” blade

I use a vintage 199a Stanley and a pair of garden shears I skive with a home made skive knife made from a wood plane blade

you are correct, I screwed up the judgement holster when it was being stitched, after that I lost interest in the project and was sloppy in applying the tan kote tan kote is what gives the holsters the shine you see
