  14. 3” holster drop down with 2 -1 1/2” straps that go over the belt. Max size belt is 2” secured with 2 snaps on each strap for safety each drop down can be used with multiple cartridge sizes by removing the cartridge holder and replacing with one specific to the next firearm cartridge size
  15. I take it that you use a liner? use masking tape on the back side of thin leather it will stop the stretch when finished pull the tape off install the liner.
  16. I wore a tool belt and drill holster for years The best advice I can offer is make him a set of suspenders to shift the weight from hips to shoulders 1” straps attached to a 3” wide double 9 oz belt attach the straps using Chicago screws. Bell out the strap at the belt connection use a large frame revolver pattern and adjust to fit drill
  17. Double stitch line with the pig skin pulled back from the edge I would suggest that you use a 2 oz veg tan liner instead of the pig skin then the problem would solve itself

    Hammer

Do you have access to heavy equipment like backhoes or bulldozers? The pin that holds the bucket in place is a perfect hammer for leather workers the pin. Is 6” tall x 1” in diameter fits a hand just right and has a nice heavy weight to it this is only for those who like a dead fall hammer
  21. I saw a really simple stamping machine it is basically a big teeter totter on one end is a 2’ section of RR track that is the stamp long arm, offset fulcrum on the arm sll you do is lift the arm and drop it. No weight also have seen the same set up but a motor does the lifting via a chain and a offset pulley on the “crankshaft” section
