Not a bad idea. I have not use scrap for bookmarks but looking at your pics, it appears that it works just fine.

Great way to use up those small pieces.  Any type of earrings are good too.  I enjoy creating the leather portion, just not all the tedious hooks and stuff.

Haden't thought of the bookmarker at the top ( As it appears here ) idea seems Quick, Snazzy, Sharp !
