Well after several tries  I finally made a holster that will work.:thumbsup: Lots of mistakes in this one,:oops: but its a functional holster and will due until I do another one. :yes:Its for me ,I can live with it for a while.

Looks perfectly functional. Tooling work looks nice also. Nice work.

OK . . . did you laser that bird on first?

Looks good either way . . . but I'm just a wondering.

Yes lasered the eagle then hand painted  , not one of my better paint jobs:wacko:

LOL I'll be dead before it falls apart , 7 to 8ox veg tan , it will last a long long time

Nice! Did the thicker foam work for you? Or would a bit thinner be better?

I didn't use the foam for this. Please read my post in the other thread about this holster ,

As a first go it looks function as l. However there are some safety design elements I'd recommend. First is your magazine release being covered, it shouldn't be. It cam potentially cause your magazine to be released when it shouldn't be.

Second is grip clearance. You should strive for about an inch or so. This design looks like it's ok but something to keep in mind.
