Members Sheilajeanne Posted February 25, 2017 Members Report Posted February 25, 2017 If you're getting a lot of string slap, you need to work on your stance. Should look like this{ Quote
Members ChasCS Posted July 13, 2017 Members Report Posted July 13, 2017 Hello all. Getting into some of these threads, a little on the later side. This is My very First post here. ;-) That's a very nice archery arm guard. Beautifully designed and finished. I would tend to agree about the string slap and archers stance. Please don't stand at a 90* angle to your target, but turn a little more towards the target, which will change the angle slightly of your bow string travel. What at a great forum. Thankful to be here. Really enjoying it, so far, with its very well rounded membership. ChasCS Quote
Members TomWisc Posted March 1, 2018 Members Report Posted March 1, 2018 Hi Fred That is an awesome arm guard! I am new to leather working and just saw this. My grand daughter (12 years old) has been competing in 4H archery for a couple of years and I would like to make her an arm guard like yours. I realize this post originated several years ago. I tried to access the pattern but was not able to. Is it possible to post a new link to the pattern? Thanks, Tom Quote
