Members plinkercases Posted June 18, 2018 Members Report Posted June 18, 2018 Very nice! lets see backside and loops as well. As a CAS shooter are you going to make a matching ammo belt? Members noobleather Posted June 19, 2018 Members Report Posted June 19, 2018 Great looking rig there. Really like the border stamping, never thought of that design.I may have to borrow it What brown dye did you use? Quote
Members battlemunky Posted June 19, 2018 Members Report Posted June 19, 2018 (edited) CAS from Maryland, huh? Do you know a CAS that goes by Smokey Hill Thompson by any chance? Great looking rig by the way. I love the flow of the camoflager and how it rolls along. Edited June 19, 2018 by battlemunky Quote
Members corkscrew Posted June 19, 2018 Author Members Report Posted June 19, 2018 Thanks everyone. The dye was Fiebings light brown, but I did use neatsfoot oil it first which not only keeps it supple but also adds to the luster. No I don't know Smokey Hill Thompson. Here's a picture of the matching ammo belt. I only took one picture of it and it doesn't show but it has the same tooling to it. Also a close up of one of the holsters with a screw driver sheath attached. Quote CorkscrewTom
Members RegisD Posted June 19, 2018 Members Report Posted June 19, 2018 Beautifully done! Your tooling is flawless and a great design. Quote Handmade doesn't have flaws it's just built-in character.
