bdpeters Report post Posted December 10, 2018 great job. is this a kit or just a pattern you had?
TheAlbinoYeti Report post Posted December 11, 2018 No kit- the flowers were from patterns and craftaids, I drew the birds and cross and just kinda put it all together from there. There were probably easier ways to do it but it was a lot of trial and error for me. Still pretty new at this. Btw I lined the inside with a taupe pigskin lining. Another first, I’ve never completed anything else needing a lining. Really like the pigskin and will probably start using it frequently.
JLSleather Report post Posted December 11, 2018 (edited) Nice. Lots o' learnin' in that one.. inside and out! Stitchin' perfect for the color shade, really does "tie it all together" in more ways than one. Edited December 11, 2018 by JLSleather

Riem Report post Posted December 14, 2018 Beautiful work! The contrasting stitching really works well here. If I may ask, what stitch length did you use?

I wanted to say something like that, but it would have been less graceful. Nice Bible cover and nifty post, plinkercases.
