Just to be certain again as Jeff asked..
What do you mean by "hits" and "hitting"..you mean "strikes something percussively" ? or "sticks / stops when it reaches that point" ?

Here it is. A video with the problem. You can see the machine getting stuck. when I push the shuttle with my finger the machine sew again and gets stuck again...

The race is clean and lubricated, there aren't any thread or leather dust inside

It seems that the shuttle have too much play to jiggle but I don't know why... Every part seems to be ok and when the error occurred for the first time the machine was working perfectly...

That definitely looks like the thread getting stuck forming the loop.  It was tough to see with that color thread and at that speed, but yeah --- your thread is getting trapped, not making it "quite" around.

Now, maybe one of the "techie" boys can help... looks like either your shuttle is reversing a bit EARLY (or the thread is coming up late) trapping the thread before the loop pulls up, or it may be wedging in between the race and the cover plate (those two screws do like they are excessively loose).

There should be some foreward/backward "slack" in that bobbin carrier, but not really in and out.

Here are some manuals for a Juki TSC-441. The CB3200 and its big brother the CB4500 are clones of the 441. While the 3200 has some differences in parts, the basics are the same. See if you can adjust the timing and lateral position of the shuttle and hook to get normal operation.

@Wizcrafts I have been reading about timing from your post and I think that sincronization is the road to solve the problem like @JLSleather suggest me

Does it act like this when you have removed the complete shuttle race? You know what I mean - remove shuttle race and hook and check again. Just to see if it really is the shuttle race....
