So I decided to make a holster for an N frame S&W revolver.  Made a pattern and traced it onto my leather, cut it out, and finally noticed my RH holster was now a LH holster!  I put the pattern on the flesh side of the leather so it came out backwards.  Decided to finish it just to keep it as a reminder to double check pattern before laying knife to leather!

Thanks . . . I'm sorry it happened to you . . . too . . .

I think we've all done something similar if we've been whacking leather for any amount of time.

May God bless,

Dwight

Now you need to buy another gun for the other side.lol

Worked in a prison for 30 years if I aint shiny every time I comment its no big deal, I just don't wave pompoms.

“I won’t be wronged, I won’t be insulted, and I won’t be laid a hand on. I don’t do these things to other people, and I require the same from them.” THE DUKE!

:yeah:I like how you think!  I already have several N frames in my safe to choose from but I'm afraid the weight would pull my trousers down!

Ive got a real nice 1911 WWII style tanker holster that's left handed for this very reason.  I now mark my patterns Hide side and flesh side.
