  1. Moved to leather sewing machines.
  2. Please add any shipping options or restrictions.
  3. I see some companies sell welding mitts. Tried to search for some in Dallas, but not getting much. I see a number available in Canada, maybe because we have cold winters. Do you need a mitt with a thumb? Regardless, might be able to modify a mitt for your left hand and use a glove on your right hand. Someone in your area should be able to make modifications for you rather than building a complete new mitt.
  4. You can post under help wanted. Might get you more traction than tagging onto an old 2016 thread. If you could add a little more information as to what area you live in, it would be helpful. This is a world wide forum. Might be better to have someone closer to where you live. From your IP address, it appears you may be in the Dallas Texas area.
  5. Depends what sells in your market and what the return is.
  6. Probably nothing. I can see your profile just fine. There are a couple spots you could add something, but it should show more than 0%. If it really concerns you, you can get @Johanna to check it out. There is no need to post the same info in multiple forums.
  7. Message me and I'll setup something.
  8. You should start a new thread instead of tagging onto an old thread that isn't even the same topic. Post it in the "leather sewing machines" area.
  9. Tag him as illustrated in the post just above yours.
  10. I see you do a lot of advertising here, especially the belt press. I you want to continue advertising, buy a Banner ad. Contact @Johanna to make arrangements.
  11. Try @bruce johnson and his website https://brucejohnsonleather.com/
  12. You can post it in the marketplace, business and estate sales. Include photos and descriptions. You might find someone that wants the unit complete instead of having to split it up. See the marketplace rules here https://leatherworker.net/forum/forum/70-announcements/ https://leatherworker.net/forum/forum/73-businesses-amp-estate-sales/
  13. Funny how I said I "moved" your post that you would think that. Communication sure has its pitfalls. So many miscommunications cause so many problems.
  14. Does your machine have a safety clutch, if so, did it trip?
  15. Reduce the size to 800 pixels in the longest dimension.
  16. I see a 45mm size that fits Tandy's rotary cutter blades.
  17. Please read the marketplace rules and conform. You must provide any information or restrictions on shipping, See the marketplace rules here https://leatherworker.net/forum/forum/70-announcements/

    Intro

resize to 800 pixels in the longest dimension and post directly to this thread, this site.
  19. Pictures usually help. Make sure to resize them to 800 pixels in the longest dimension so you can post them directly to this site, this thread.
  20. Moved your post to Saddle Identification, Restoration & Repair
  21. You have made two related posts with the same title. Let's not fill the forums with new posts that should be kept in one thread. I have merged the two threads into one.
  22. Are you actually using rawhide or are you calling it rawhide as you haven't done anything to it yet? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rawhide_(material) for a little info on rawhide.
  23. If the leather is too thin, you won't be able to bury the knots.
  24. Why the double post? I moved your first (identical post) to Saddle construction. Please do not double post!! It breeds inconsistency, and people respond some to one, and others to the other. Kind of screws things up. I'm deleting your first post since no one has replied to it.
