  1. Looks like he built a very nice piece of equipment even if it is upside-down.
  2. Thanks for all the great comments.
  3. I like the shape of the holster and the lacing looks good. I'd like to see a picture of the back. I have someone who wants me to make them a holster for the "Raging Judge."
  4. That is a real beauty Joe. I think you did a wonderful job.
  5. Thanks Silverwingit.
  6. Thanks Chief. I'm going to check that stitch out and see if I have any instructions for it.
  7. That is a nice looking bunch od wallets. What kind of stitch did you use in your lacing? I like the looks of it. I am going to start doing myself a wallet soon. Maybe today. It has been a long time since I made one. These leather wallets seem to last for years. I know mine is at least 15 years old and probably closer to 20.
  8. Thanks for the nice replies everyone.

That is very nice work. I like it a lot.
  10. Thanks for the nice replies.
  11. Looking very nice. Real nice tooling.
  12. This holster is for a revolver with an internal hammer. As you can see I have yet to put the snap on the safety strap. I am waiting on the customer to bring in the gun so I can place the snap in exactly the right spot. This is Hermann Oak leather died with Mahogany Fiebing's Professional Oil Dye. Laced with 1/8" Kangaroo lace. The customer wanted a clip like this and although I'm not a big fan of these clips I agreed to put this one on for him.
  13. Here is a belt I just finished for a customer.
  14. Nice. Looks real good from here.
  15. dbitting, Also I should tell you that I never cut the border with swivel knife towards the back of the holster where it folds around the barrel . I just scribe a straight line and follow that with the border tool. The reason being is that if it is cut it is liable to crack the leather where you bend it around the barrel of the gun. I am just finishing up a couple of holstesr for the single six. It is a pretty popular gun and I sell quite a few of these holsters.
  16. Looks lovely from here. Nice work.
  17. That is a nice looking design. However I'll give you a tip that will make your tooling look a bit better: when you lay out your border cut your border line with your swivel knife and it will help keep everything inside where it needs to be when you use your border stamp. It makes it look much better. Also the skirt would look better if it was rounded instead of having a sharp corner.
  18. Thanks for showing the molds. Great pictures.
  19. Those look nice.
